Civil Rights Organization Develops Hate Map To Protect Local Black Residents

The Challenge

Founded February 12, 1909, the NAACP is the nation’s foremost, largest, and most widely recognized civil rights organization. The local WA State chapter Vice President Louis was referred to us by a current client. When Louis reached out he was looking for a website redesign but got so much more.

The Solution

To complete the website redesign, the All Approach team assessed the NAACP’s current website platform, standard operating procedures, social media strategy, and membership goals. Once we had a growth plan we decided to not only redesign the website but consult the NAACP on what WordPress plugins would help them protect their members the best. We decided to build a hate map on the new website with a goal to identify racist organizations that pose a threat to the local community. This hate map was a powerful solution that took the new website to a whole new level.

The Challenge

Relevant Engagement Consulting, LLC is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Injustice & Anti-Racist consulting firm located in Tacoma, Washington. When founder Rashad Norris was referred to All Approach he was looking for a simple website redesign but got so much more.

To accomplish these goals, the All Approach team assessed Rashad’s sales process, onboarding process, marketing strategy, and brand identity.
