That any Confidential Information shared by service participants or any representative of All Approach is confidential and Proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it or All Approach;
Not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with other Program participants during Program sessions;
That all materials and information provided to you by All Approach are its confidential and proprietary intellectual property belong solely and exclusively to All Approach, and may only be used by you as authorized by All Approach;
That nothing in this agreement shall be construed as a transfer of our intellectual property and any license whether direct or implied shall not survive the termination of this agreement unless specifically stated otherwise.
The reproduction, distribution, and sale of these materials by anyone other than All Approach is strictly prohibited;
That if you violate, or display any likelihood of violating, any of your agreements contained in this paragraph All Approach and/or the other Program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.
While you are free to discuss your individual results from our programs and training, you must keep the experiences and statements, oral or written, of all other participants in the strictest of confidence.
To ensure the protection of confidential information and in consideration of any agreement to exchange said information, you agree not to disclose the following.
a. Technical materials, models, and relevant technical articles, technical reports owned by either party; b. Sales materials, including but not limited to all quality management methods, pricing methods, sales methods, and customers’ materials;
c. All the intellectual property rights (including those exclusively owned by either party, whether owned now or developed in the future); and,
d. Any other information that either party claims as confidential.
You agree that All Approach may, from time to time, share testimonials and results achieved as a result of service provided for marketing purposes. You can request that personal and brand information be omitted from case studies and testimonials.
